buyhair.com will refund or credit for tape and accessories that are mailed back in the same packaging and have not been used. buyhair.com will not accept any wet products or glues for refund.

buyhair.com will remake any system you feel is unsatisfactory and correct any issues you have in your purchased system. Examples are : to little gray, to thin, to thick, to wavy, not enough curl, base doesn't fit, frontal recession doesn't fit, etc.
The customer will have 30 days upon receipt of the unit to notify buyhair.com of any changes the customer would like to have made. The unit must be returned to us in the same condition of which it was received by the customer. The client is responsible for mailing the unit back, and will apply insurance or any other tracking method he or she desires.
Any specifications can be altered up to 10 days after the order is placed with our factory.
